Charity Across Penn Group
We all need some help in our lifetimes. Some more than others. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. We understand that.
We are committed to giving something back to society in our own little way.
Penn Group pledge to pay at least £5,000 per year to charitable institutions, preferably those that are smaller and may not get as much exposure as the big organisations do. We like to see that we get a lot of "bang for our buck". We want to see that the money that we pledge helps directly to a specific cause wherever possible.
The money is raised by challenging activities and any shortfall is made up from our own funds. That is our commitment and we intend to honour it every year.

As Principal Solicitor at Penn Chambers and Director at Penn Financial, Shak brings a unique, cross-functional perspective to his leadership. He focuses on aligning people, processes, and performance to drive the Group forward as one unified team. Shak is committed to operational excellence, sustainable growth, and building a collaborative future for the Group.

CFO
Irina is responsible for overseeing all financial matters across the Group. She ensures the accuracy, stability, and integrity of the Group’s financial operations, supporting sustainable growth and informed decision-making. Irina leads on financial planning, risk management, and reporting, providing critical insight and guidance to help drive the Group’s long-term success. Simply put, she looks after all things numbers.

CMO
Maria leads the Group’s marketing and communications strategy, shaping how we connect, engage, and grow. She is responsible for building the Group’s brand presence, driving meaningful engagement across all channels, and ensuring that our story is told with clarity, purpose, and impact. Maria works across the companies to deliver strategic campaigns, events, and communications that support long-term growth and strong relationships.
