It was announced that paper probate applications would no longer be accepted after the deadline however it has now been announced that paper probate applications will now be accepted into the new year following on from some practitioners struggling with the MyHMCTS online system.
The grace period has been extended until 11 January 2021.
I wonder what the difference will be post 11 January 2021? Will there be another extension?
